From the North (Florence, Bologna, Milan)
Take the A1 motorway towards Rome.
Exit “Chiusi-Chianciano Terme”.
Follow the signs for Chianciano Terme and continue on the SP146 towards Monte Amiata and then towards Bagni San Filippo.
Once you have passed Bagni San Filippo, continue for about 2 km until Pietrineri.
From the South (Rome, Naples)
Take the A1 motorway towards Florence.
Exit “Chiusi-Chianciano Terme”.
Follow the signs for Chianciano Terme and continue on the SP146 towards Monte Amiata and then towards Bagni San Filippo.
Once you have passed Bagni San Filippo, continue for about 2 km until Pietrineri.
Helpful Tips
The route includes hilly roads with curves, so proceed with caution.
If you are using a GPS navigator, set Bagni San Filippo first, then follow the main road to Pietrineri.
During winter, check the road conditions for possible snow or ice.
